1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using SwipeClean: Screenshot Deleter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Usage of the App

SwipeClean is a utility tool designed to help you organize and delete photos.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the photos you choose to delete.
  • Safety Mechanism: Photos deleted via SwipeClean are moved to the “Recently Deleted” folder in your Apple Photos app, where they stay for 30 days. We are not liable for any permanent loss of data if you manually empty that folder.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pro Features: Some features (e.g., Unlimited Deletions, Smart Cleaning) require a paid subscription.
  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
  • Lifetime Access: This is a one-time purchase that grants you access to Pro features forever.
  • Weekly Plan: $1.99 / week (Great for quick cleanups)
  • Yearly Plan: $12.99 / year (Best Value – Save 87%)

4. Intellectual Property

The SwipeClean app, including its design, code, text, and logo, is owned by AptNotion and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app’s content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SwipeClean or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
