1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using TaskFlow: AI Voice Schedule, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Usage of the App
TaskFlow is an AI-powered productivity tool designed to help you organize tasks, convert voice commands into schedules, and sync them with your calendar.

  • AI Content & Schedules: The app uses artificial intelligence to interpret your text and voice commands into structured dates and times. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally misinterpret dates, times, or context.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated schedule and calendar events before relying on them. TaskFlow is a tool to assist your planning, but you should always verify important appointments.
  • Content Guidelines: You agree not to use the app to organize or promote illegal activities, harassment, or hate speech.

3. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro Features: Some features (e.g., Unlimited Task Generation, Calendar Sync, Advanced Analytics) require a paid subscription.

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
  • Subscription Options:
    • Weekly Plan: $2.99 / week
    • Monthly Plan: $6.99 / month
    • Yearly Plan: $29.99 / year

4. Intellectual Property
The TaskFlow app, including its design, code, text, and logo, is owned by AptNotion and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app’s content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TaskFlow, AptNotion, or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app. We are not responsible for missed appointments, lost data, or any consequences resulting from reliance on the schedules generated by this app.

6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
