1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Vixi: AI Video Generator (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Vixi is an AI-powered creative tool that allows users to generate videos and images from text prompts or uploaded images (“User Content”). The App utilizes third-party AI models (e.g., Veo, Kling, Sora) to process and generate content.
3. User Content & Image Usage
To provide the core functionality of the App (e.g., Image-to-Video generation), you may need to upload photos or images from your device.
- License: By uploading images, you grant Vixi a temporary, non-exclusive license to process, host, and use your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested AI video or image.
- Privacy: We do not sell your personal photos or generated content. Uploaded images are processed by our AI partners and are stored temporarily for the duration of the generation process.
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of the original images you upload. The AI-generated output is yours to use, save, and share, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models.
- Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to upload or generate content that includes:
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
- Hate speech, violence, or harassment.
- Images of minors without parental consent.
- Copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use.
We reserve the right to ban users who violate these guidelines.
4. AI Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content.
- Accuracy: AI-generated results may vary and may not always be accurate or realistic.
- Unpredictability: Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that the output will exactly match your expectations or prompt.
- No Warranty: All services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind regarding the quality or suitability of the generated content.
5. In-App Purchases & Credits
Vixi operates on a credit-based system.
- Consumable Credits: You can purchase Credit Packs (e.g., Starter, Creator, Pro) to generate content.
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in the App and may change without notice.
- No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased, even if they are not used.
- Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as the App is installed and your account is active.
6. Intellectual Property
The Vixi app, including its source code, design, logos, and branding, is the property of AptNotion and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AptNotion, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, generation errors, or misuse of generated content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
