By downloading, accessing, or using KariArt: AI Image Generator (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
KariArt is an AI-powered creative tool that allows users to transform and generate images from uploaded photos and/or text prompts (“User Content”). The App utilizes third-party AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Replicate, Hugging Face) to process and generate artistic image outputs.
3. User Content & Image Usage
To provide the core functionality of the App (e.g., Image-to-Image transformation), you may upload photos or images from your device.🔹 License: By uploading images, you grant KariArt a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, and use your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested AI image transformation.🔹 Privacy: We do not sell your personal photos or generated content. Uploaded images are processed by our AI partners and stored temporarily only for the duration of the generation process.🔹 Ownership:- You retain full ownership of the original images you upload.
- You own the AI-generated output images and are free to use, save, share, or commercialize them, subject to applicable laws and the terms of the underlying AI models.
🔹 Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to upload or generate content that includes:- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
- Hate speech, symbols of violence, harassment, or discriminatory imagery.
- Images of minors without verified parental consent.
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary material that you do not have explicit rights to use.
- Content that impersonates individuals or misrepresents real events with intent to deceive.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these guidelines and to report illegal content to relevant authorities.
4. AI Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate and transform images.🔸 Accuracy: AI-generated results may vary in quality, style, or realism and may not always align perfectly with your input or expectations.
🔸 Unpredictability: Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, outputs are creative interpretations—not exact reproductions—and may contain artifacts or unexpected elements.
🔸 No Warranty: All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, originality, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement of generated content.

5. In-App Purchases & Credits
KariArt operates on a credit-based system to access AI generation features.💳 Consumable Credits: You can purchase Credit Packs (e.g., Starter, Creator, Pro) to generate images. Each generation consumes a defined number of credits based on complexity or resolution.
💳 Pricing: Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency and may change without notice. All purchases are processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
💳 No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy.
💳 Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as the App remains available on the App Store and your Apple ID account is active.
💳 Pricing: Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency and may change without notice. All purchases are processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
💳 No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property
The KariArt app—including its source code, user interface, design, logos, branding, and documentation—is the exclusive property of AptNotion and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You may not:- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.
- Use KariArt’s name, logo, or branding to endorse products or services without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall AptNotion, its developers, affiliates, or AI partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:- Loss of data, images, or creative work.
- Errors, delays, or failures in image generation.
- Misuse, misinterpretation, or unauthorized distribution of generated content.
- Claims by third parties related to content you generate or share.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., California, USA].
