AI Wallet – Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to AI Wallet (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS mobile application AI Wallet (the “App”). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you voluntarily provide when using the App, including:
- Subscription details you manually enter (name, price, billing dates)
- Use-case preferences selected during onboarding
- In-app purchase and subscription information via Apple StoreKit
We do NOT collect your name, email address, or any account credentials.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
- Device type and iOS version (for compatibility purposes)
- App crash reports and error logs (anonymous, via Apple)
- App usage statistics via Apple App Analytics (aggregated, anonymous)
We do NOT collect IP addresses, precise location data, or any personally identifiable information without your explicit consent.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
AI Wallet is designed with privacy first. We do not collect:
- Your name, email, phone number, or any contact information
- API keys or credentials for third-party services
- Financial account information or bank details
- Browsing history or data from other apps
- Precise location data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Send renewal reminder notifications (local, on-device only)
- Process in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit
- Improve the App based on anonymous usage patterns
- Respond to support requests
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
4.1 On-Device Storage
All personal data you enter — including subscription details, billing dates, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.
4.2 Server-Side Data
AI Wallet connects to our server solely to fetch AI model pricing data (an anonymous, non-personal dataset updated weekly). This connection does not transmit any personal information about you. The pricing data contains only:
- AI model names and providers
- Pricing information (publicly available data)
- Technical specifications (context window, speed ratings)
4.3 Third-Party AI API (Claude)
When you use the Smart Recommendation feature (Pro), your use-case selection and priority preference are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate a model recommendation. This request contains no personally identifiable information — only your selected use-case category and priority level. Please review Anthropic’s privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
5. Notifications
AI Wallet uses iOS local notifications to remind you of upcoming subscription renewals. These notifications are:
- Scheduled entirely on your device
- Never sent through our servers
- Fully under your control via iOS Settings
You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → AI Wallet.
6. In-App Purchases
AI Wallet offers a Pro subscription through Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit 2). All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card information. Apple’s privacy policy governs the collection of payment information. 7. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described below:
- Apple — for in-app purchase processing and crash reporting
- Anthropic — anonymized use-case data for Pro recommendation feature only
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
8. Children’s Privacy
AI Wallet is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Right to access the personal data we hold about you
- Right to correct inaccurate personal data
- Right to delete your personal data
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in iOS Settings. To request deletion of any server-side data, contact us at the email below.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
