Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Nourix mobile application (“App”) operated by Aptnotion (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nourix, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Nourix is a personal wellness journaling and habit-tracking application. It allows you to:
- Log meals and receive personal wellness scores based on your entries.
- Track symptoms, hydration, and meal timing.
- Set personal goals and participate in wellness challenges.
- Review patterns and observations from your own logged data.
Nourix is a journaling and self-reflection tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Nourix does not provide medical advice.
All content, scores, observations, and insights provided by the App are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They are derived solely from data you enter yourself and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in this App.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
By using Nourix, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will not rely on the App for any medical decision.
- You will consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.
- Aptnotion is not liable for any health outcomes related to your use of the App.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Nourix Pro
Nourix offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (“Nourix Pro”) that unlocks premium features. Subscription options include Weekly, Monthly, and Annual plans.
Billing
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Free Trial
Where offered, a free trial period is available for the Annual plan. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refunds
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Aptnotion does not process refunds directly.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Nourix (meal logs, health notes, goals, etc.).
By entering data into the App, you grant Aptnotion a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features to you.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App to transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within Nourix — including the App design, graphics, logos, text, and software — is owned by Aptnotion and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of Nourix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it at:

9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The wellness scores or insights will be accurate or suitable for your specific health needs.
- The App will meet your personal requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APTNOTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Health outcomes resulting from use or reliance on App content.
- Loss of data.
- Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your data.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aptnotion operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
