Welcome to Pundo. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pundo mobile application (the “App”), operated by Aptnotion (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Pundo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Pundo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your Account
To use Pundo’s features, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to choose a username that is not offensive, misleading, impersonating, or infringing on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or reset usernames that violate these standards.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deleting your account removes your personal data and your entries from the leaderboard, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Nature of the Service — No Gambling
Pundo is a free entertainment and social prediction game. Users predict the outcomes of football matches and earn virtual points based on accuracy. These points are used solely for ranking and entertainment purposes.
Pundo does not involve any form of gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money gaming. Points have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out, and there are no prizes or payouts of any kind. Pundo does not facilitate or promote betting and is not a betting or odds-comparison service.
4. Match Data and Third-Party Content
Football fixtures, scores, and results displayed in the App are provided by a third-party public sports data provider and are presented for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Pundo is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA or any football league, federation, club, or governing body. All team names and related marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or game the leaderboard, points, or streak systems
- Access the App through automated means (bots, scrapers) or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure
- Upload or transmit any harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems
- Use offensive, abusive, or infringing content in your username or profile
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, design, logos, text, graphics, and software (excluding third-party sports data and team marks), is owned by Aptnotion and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data will always be accurate or available. You use the App at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptnotion and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the App, which for a free app is zero.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Significant changes may be communicated within the App. Your continued use of Pundo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
