Welcome to TaskFlow: AI Voice Schedule (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application.

2. Data Processing & AI (Important)
We value your privacy and believe your plans belong to you.

  • AI Processing (OpenAI): To organize your schedule, the text you input (via typing or voice) is transmitted securely to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI). This data is used solely for parsing dates, times, and priorities. It is not used to train their public models.
  • Voice Processing (Apple Speech): When you use the microphone feature, your voice data is processed by Apple’s Speech Recognition engine to convert speech to text. This processing occurs on-device or via Apple’s servers depending on your device settings. We do not access or store your audio recordings files.
  • No Developer Storage: We (the app developers) do not store, view, or save your tasks, calendar events, or voice inputs on our servers.
  • Local Storage (Core Data): Your tasks and schedules are stored locally on your device using Apple’s Core Data framework. If you enable iCloud backup, your data is synced securely via your personal iCloud account, inaccessible to us.

3. Permissions We Ask For
To function correctly, the app requires the following permissions:

  • Microphone & Speech Recognition: Required to capture your voice commands and convert them into text.
  • Calendar Access: Required to sync your AI-generated schedule to your iOS Calendar app. We only add events you approve; we do not read, collect, or analyze your existing calendar history.
  • Notifications: Required to send you reminders for upcoming tasks.
  • Internet Access: Required to communicate with the AI engine (OpenAI) and verify subscriptions.

4. Data Collection
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (like your name, home address, or phone number).

  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data (via Apple’s standard crash reporting) to help us identify bugs and improve app stability.
  • Input Data: As mentioned in Section 2, your task inputs are processed ephemerally by the AI provider and are not collected by us.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
All subscription purchases (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) are processed directly by Apple via the App Store.

  • Payment Processing: We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information. All financial transactions are handled entirely by Apple.
  • Management: You can manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal settings directly through your Apple ID account settings.

6. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
