By downloading and using TextTune: AI Writer & Rizz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Usage of the App

TextTune is an AI-powered utility tool designed to help you rewrite text, generate emails, and improve writing tones.

  • AI Content: The app uses artificial intelligence to generate text variations. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any text generated by the app before sending or publishing it. TextTune is a tool to assist your writing, not a substitute for professional advice.
  • Content Guidelines: You agree not to use the app to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates any third-party rights.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pro Features: Some features (e.g., Unlimited Text Generation, Rizz Mode, Premium Tones) require a paid subscription.
  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

In no event shall TextTune or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the emails, messages, or texts you send using content generated by this app.

5. Limitation of Liability

The TextTune app, including its design, code, text, and logo, is owned by AptNotion and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app’s content without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
