1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using VeoLite: AI Video Generator (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
VeoLite is an AI-powered creative tool that allows users to generate videos from text prompts and/or uploaded images (“User Content”). The App utilizes third-party AI models and services (such as Replicate, Hugging Face, or similar providers) to process inputs and generate video outputs.
3. User Content and Usage
To provide the core functionality of the App (e.g., text-to-video and image-to-video generation), you may submit text prompts or upload images.
License:
By submitting content, you grant VeoLite a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, and use your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested video output.
Privacy:
We do not sell your content. Uploaded images and prompts are processed by AI providers and stored only temporarily during the generation process.
Ownership:
- You retain full ownership of the original content you provide
- You own the generated videos and may use, save, share, or commercialize them, subject to applicable laws and third-party AI model terms
Prohibited Content:
You agree NOT to upload or generate content that includes:
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Hate speech, violence, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Content involving minors without proper consent
- Copyrighted or trademarked material without rights
- Misleading or deceptive content intended to impersonate others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and to report illegal activities where required.
4. AI Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate videos.
- Accuracy: Outputs may vary and may not always match your expectations
- Unpredictability: Results are generated based on probabilistic models and may include unexpected elements
- No Warranty: Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose
5. In-App Purchases and Credits
VeoLite uses a credit-based system for video generation.
Consumable Credits:
Each video generation consumes credits depending on complexity and processing requirements.
Available credit packs:
- 15 Credits
- 50 Credits
- 220 Credits
Pricing:
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may change without notice. All payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
No Refunds:
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law or Apple policies.
Expiration:
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and the App is available.
6. Intellectual Property
The VeoLite app, including its source code, interface, design, branding, and related materials, is the property of AptNotion and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Copy, distribute, or modify the App without permission
- Use VeoLite branding without authorization
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AptNotion and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Loss of data or generated content
- Errors or delays in video generation
- Misuse or distribution of generated videos
- Third-party claims related to your content
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of your jurisdiction.
